Solar Installer / Electrician

- Able to read and interpret plans, technical drawings and Spec sheets

- Conduct site survey, assess and prepare a game plan for an efficient installation.

- Install racking with proper seals and flashing on different roof types (Shingles, Tiles, TPO and Torch down) or other structures

- Electrical fittings and wiring for solar panel systems (Stringing, J Box, Inverter, AC Disconnect, MSP Connection, Battery install Knowledge a big plus) 

- Excellent communication, Collaboration and teamwork abilities

- Practice safe working protocols and observe a clean and orderly working environment 

-Familiar with different roofing types 

-Good understanding of the National Electrical Code, and Local AHJ codes around Southern California

-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

-Material procurement and Job Flow organization support

-Based on experience. Negotiable
