About The Role:

The Project Manager II will support the design and implementation of programmatic data collection plans for large-scale grant programs focused on electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure. This role involves overseeing the collection and interpretation of data related to EV charger utilization, supporting the implementation of a large-scale EV charging infrastructure incentive program, and streamlining grant processes. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, compliance with relevant policies, and effective program operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement data collection plans for large-scale grant programs, ensuring alignment with program objectives
  • Oversee data collection, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all program elements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the implementation of a large-scale EV charging infrastructure incentive program
  • Utilize creativity to identify opportunities for streamlining grant processes and improving operational efficiency
  • Interpret and communicate programmatic data insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations concerning EV infrastructure
  • Provide support in the development of project documentation, reports, and other communication materials

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years of experience designing and implementing programmatic data collection plans for large-scale grant programs
  • Knowledge of clean transportation, with a focus on EV infrastructure and charger utilization data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner
  • Experience in creative problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Familiarity with relevant policies concerning EV infrastructure and clean transportation programs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with public grants and incentive programs is a plus

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with data analysis, data science, or coding, though not strictly required
  • Experience with technology platforms used for data collection and program management
  • Background in sustainability or environmental programs is desirable

Pay for this role will typically be from $72,000-$78,800 as we determine pay based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity and other factors relevant to the job.
