Are you an outgoing, motivated individual who enjoys meeting new people? Our growing home improvement company is looking for Door-to-Door Lead Setters to join our team!

We specialize in providing top-quality roofing, solar, windows, and HVAC solutions to homeowners, and we need enthusiastic team members to help us connect with potential customers.

What You’ll Do:

Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to engage with homeowners.

Educate homeowners on the benefits of upgrading their home with our services.

Set qualified appointments for our sales consultants.

Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience highly preferred in canvassing, sales, or customer-facing roles — but we’re willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude.

Strong communication and people skills.

Goal-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or on a team.

Compensation & Benefits:

$17–$20/hour, depending on experience.

Generous commissions for every set appointment sold.
