We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support Fleet Leasing operations, including lease administration, reporting, and invoice management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support fleet leasing operations, including lease administration and documentation tracking
  • Manage and track invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Assist with financial and operational reporting for leadership
  • Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on lease terms and reporting needs
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, or operations support
  • Experience with invoice processing, tracking, or lease administration preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with reporting tools is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
