Business Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support Fleet Leasing operations, including lease administration, reporting, and invoice management. Key Responsibilities:
- Support fleet leasing operations, including lease administration and documentation tracking
- Manage and track invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Assist with financial and operational reporting for leadership
- Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on lease terms and reporting needs
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, or operations support
- Experience with invoice processing, tracking, or lease administration preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with reporting tools is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
