The Candidate

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Management Assistant to support our Management Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations, efficient coordination of schedules, and clear, timely communication across the organization.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.


The Role

The Management Assistant will handle all aspects of travel coordination, including booking flights, accommodation, and preparing detailed itineraries. Responsibilities also include managing incoming communications such as emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation where necessary.
Key responsibilities include managing comprehensive, high-level administrative support to members of the management team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities. The role involves managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments while anticipating scheduling conflicts and priorities. It includes organising internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, and accurately recording minutes where required.
In addition, the Management Assistant will act as a key point of contact between management and internal and external stakeholders, supporting effective communication and coordination across the organisation. The position also involves assisting with project coordination, tracking action points, and ensuring deadlines are met. The successful candidate will be expected to proactively identify needs, support ad hoc requests, and contribute to special projects as required. A core requirement of this role is the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, integrity, and professionalism at all times.

The Requirements

In order to be considered for the role you will meet the following:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs proactively
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
