Medical Digital Lead
Cadmus seeks a Building Decarbonization Lead to join our Energy Services team. This role is designed for candidates with 3+ years of experience who are eager to combine hands-on fieldwork with technical analysis to advance energy efficiency and decarbonization across commercial and industrial facilities.
The successful candidate will spend an average of 12 days per week in the field, conducting ASHRAE Level 2 energy audits, engaging with facility staff, and identifying opportunities to improve building energy systems. Typical systems include lighting, HVAC, chillers, boilers, and other major end-uses. While deep expertise in every system is not expected, a strong foundation in building energy systems is required.
When not in the field, this role will support engineering reviews and measurement & verification (M&V) activities across projects in Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Oregon. The candidate will contribute to current M&V efforts and have opportunities to help design new M&V plans in alignment with industry protocols. This position also offers opportunities to lead technical efforts and, depending on interest and career goals, grow into project management responsibilities.
