Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Mumbai, is for a Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will oversee UCO collection operations, ensure smooth coordination with logistics partners, and maintain relationships with food businesses and aggregators within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, driving business growth in the territory, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and reporting key metrics to the management team. The role demands strong organizational skills, exceptional communication, and a commitment to fostering sustainable business practices.

Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or territory management
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting for operational performance tracking
- Ability to manage field teams and coordinate complex operations effectively
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and regulatory compliance processes
- Proficiency in leveraging technology and platforms for real-time tracking and reporting
- Experience in Horeca will be added advantage
