After-sale Service Support Engineer (Lancaster, CA)

SUMMARY
We are currently looking for an After-sale Service Support Engineer who is able to support all the after-sale service work, track all the warranty service processes and manage the service resource for all the BESS projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Track all the warranty claims, record the process and form the service reports.
- Track all the scheduled maintenance plan.
- Develop and plan the warranty service resources, including tools, PPE, vehicle, etc.
- Organize the after-sale service meeting weekly and form the meeting record.
- Work with oversea team to instruct and push service apps into daily work.
- Work with region O&M manager to improve the warranty service.
- Successfully manages the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires long-term outdoor work, the need to learn and master specialized debugging software, and the use of various types of basic electrical tools.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- College diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
- At least 1 year project experience, solar, battery or energy project is preferred.
Related warranty service support work experience is preferred
