About the role

BYD import the cars into EU, and then send to local partners for sale distribution, After-sales needs to guarantee the technical state of the cars is latest and ready to go during the cars discharged from the vessel and before sending out to local partners. The VPC operation team is responsible for that.

About the department:

One of the important tasks of the After Sales department is to provide Technical service to our Service Providers and customers. For the Technical & Warranty team, we are looking for a VPC Vehicle Preparation Coordinator Passenger Cars.

As Vehicle Preparation Coordinator you will:

  • Manage the EU VPC business, establish and improve the business process, make the business target and get the target.
  • Manage and follow the cars service process, such as technical update reworks, damage repair and body repair. Confirm the smooth and effective communication with stakeholders to get the business target.
  • Confirm the VPC supplier’s invoice and manage the suppliers to works with high efficiency.
  • Collect the cars quality information during the VPC stage and feedback to HQ quality to improve quality continuously.
  • Frequently visit VPC to supervise and carry out rework activities.
  • Other works assigned from line-manager.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years’ relevant experience, fluent English, other European language is a plus.
  • Strong cross culture communication skills and cross-function coordination ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • NEV Technical background is preferable.
  • Willingness to frequent trip in Europe and travel to China.
