Network Dealership Activity Specialist

About the role

The Network Dealership Activity Specialist is a target-driven, and project professional, who will take responsibility to implement the dealer-related activities regularly in European markets in accordance with BYD branding positioning and company culture.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the organization of dealer-related activities, including regular general dealer summits, wrap-up meetings, the Network policy briefing and releases conferences, etc.

• Responsible for the coordination and arrangement of dealers' visits to the Dutch headquarter and Shenzhen headquarter regularly.

• Implement and organize regular tour inspection and supervision in various European regions.

• Work with the network development team to support other BYD dealership events & sales campaigns.

Required skills, qualifications and experience:

• 1 - 2 years of working experience. Experience in in the automotive industry is a plus.

• Education background: marketing, management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong cross culture communication skills

• Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.

• Resilient and open-minded, results-orientated.

• Excellent English & Dutch language skills (Chinese language skills would be a plus)
