Business & Network Analyst

About the Job

We are looking for a Business & Network Analyst to join our team based in the Netherlands, BYD Europe HQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect market data, analyze and interpret them, establish models to support the strategy and target setting of network department;

• Collect the data of branch dealers, standardize the type and frequency of their data provision, establish communication channels, and build analysis models;

• Provide data support for network strategy optimization and sales support;

• Plan the team functions and structure of the network monitoring and data analysis, connect network, sales and marketing departments, link internal and external resources to build and improve the data analysis system;

Required skills, qualifications and experience

• At least 3 years working experience in automotive with data analyses;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Resilient and open minded;

• Excellent communication skills in English is a must; (Mandarin Chinese or other European languages would be a plus);

• Solid knowledge in data mining and analyses;

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python.
