Roles & Responsibilities:
Regional Sales manager for Maharashtra & Madhya Pradesh
Responsible for overseeing sales operations, meeting revenue / volume targets and managing dealers in the assigned territory. (EV Sales experience in 4W or 2W is an addition)
Plan and achieve monthly sales targets and volumes in the assigned area.
Manage and motivate Dealers sales team for achieving sales targets.
Develop relationships with important clients for B2B business along with Dealer team.
Plan and execute local activities for promoting BYD brand in the assigned area with Dealer.
Monthly reporting to sales Head on performance plan vs actual
Manage relationships with external stakeholders in the assigned area - financiers insurance companies etc.
Do demos and test drivers along with Dealer team at designed location on a monthly basis.
Having an EV Sales Experience (4 W or 2W) both in B2B and B2C market would be a very good plus.
Mature; Responsible Amition and can-do attitude; Have strong willingness to learn new things; Team player; Proactive and Detail-oriented
