Build Indian user insight framework and channels to reach India consumers, and establish Indian user research paradigm. Conduct product strategy validation work. Including but not limited to studying buyers BYD lost, BYD buyers and competing model buyers. Undertake customized user research requirements for key projects and key issues in India. Including but not limited to satisfaction research, test drive research, NPS research and other work.
Bachelor degree or above, expericen of user research for 1-3 years, majoring in marketing, sociology, psychology, statistics is preferred. Knowledge of the Indian automotive market, user preference, and be able to flexibly reach the Indian vehicle market industry information and data. Have high insight and sensitivity to user behavior and user psychology, dismantle the reasons behind the data, and can provide guiding suggestions for business.
Strong basic skills in qualitative and quantitative research, strong logical thinking, communication and presentation skills, and the ability to use at least one statistical analysis related software (SPSS, SAS, R, etc.).
Good communication skills and work coordination ability, able to adapt to the pace of multinational cooperation work.
Strong subjective initiative, with strong self-drive and learning initiative
