Role Overview

We are seeking a mature, consultative Commercial Sales Executive to develop and manage executive-level relationships and guide complex energy infrastructure projects from concept through contract.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in business development within manufacturing, construction, capital equipment, or infrastructure environments.

You will be part of a collaborative sales team and supported by engineering, finance, and construction experts.

Key Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with business owners, CFOs, and operations leaders

Manage provided project opportunities and develop new ones

Lead consultative discussions around capital investment and ROI

Coordinate feasibility with internal technical teams

Align customer expectations with realistic project capabilities

Represent the company with integrity and professionalism

Ideal Background

Business development in manufacturing, construction, or infrastructure

Capital equipment or engineered solutions sales

Experience with long sales cycles and executive buyers
