B2B Event Success (Corporate LinkedIn Marketing)
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Success Partner to support outreach, coordination, and delivery of high-level sustainability and energy transition events. This role combines pre-sales support, relationship management, and logistics coordination. You will help ensure a seamless experience for sponsors, partners, speakers, and attendees while gaining exposure to global environmental markets and developing skills at the intersection of sales enablement and event management.
Job Highlights
Contract Type: Independent Contractor
Hourly Rate: USD 8.94
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours/day, flexible within UK or Canadian business hours
Work Arrangement: Work from home

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and depend on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Drive outreach efforts with attendees, speakers, sponsors, and partners, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking
- Support sponsor and partner engagement, including record-keeping and onboarding communications
- Conduct targeted research on market trends, prospective speakers, and priority stakeholders to strengthen programming and outreach
- Coordinate with advisory boards and the internal team to align senior stakeholders on programming, outreach, and delivery milestones
- Contribute to event promotion by supporting social media campaigns and amplifying key updates
- Provide virtual event support, including coordinating online registrations, managing attendee communications, and assisting the team remotely to ensure smooth event flow
Requirements
Must Have:
- Prior experience in pre-sales functions, sponsorship outreach, or business development support
- Experience or strong understanding of event planning, coordination, or project support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across time zones with a global team
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Preferred:
- Strong interest in sustainability, climate policy, or market-based solutions
- Familiarity with outreach and engagement tools (e.g., Mailchimp, LinkedIn)
- Experience supporting both virtual and in-person events, including stakeholder engagement and follow-up processes
