The Role


Focused on renewable energy projects for blue chip commercial and industrial businesses,

this role owns end-to-end program delivery and reporting, leading a team of project managers, engineers and coordinators. You'll be accountable for safe, on-time, on-budget delivery, portfolio profitability, and continuous improvement of workflow and reporting processes.


Key Responsibilities


  • Safe and successful delivery of all projects in the program
  • Portfolio profitability and internal budget allocation
  • Leading and resourcing a team of project managers, engineers and coordinators
  • Developing and improving workflow processes
  • Developing and improving performance reporting, including financial and resource management
  • Direct project management delivery where required
  • First point of escalation for incidents or disputes
  • Management of program risk
  • Technical scope finalisation (pre- and post-sales), including failure mode analysis for hybrid systems


What You'll Bring


  • Experience in commercial grid-connected solar and storage project management
  • Strong risk management and technical scoping skills
  • Proven leadership, mentoring and team management ability
  • A track record in project management and performance delivery
  • Process development and management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage multiple teams
