Our client is a global organisation providing technical, sustainability and advisory services to businesses undergoing the energy transition. They are seeking a Program Specialist to support the delivery and growth of climate-related services across Southeast Asia.

This position combines project coordination, stakeholder management and commercial support, working alongside technical experts to ensure successful execution of sustainability and decarbonisation programmes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of multiple sustainability and climate-related projects from initiation through completion.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, documentation and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise with clients, internal technical teams and external stakeholders throughout project execution.
  • Assist with proposal preparation, project costing, resource planning and commercial documentation.
  • Monitor project milestones, budgets and deliverables while identifying potential risks and mitigation plans.
  • Support business development initiatives by coordinating client meetings, presentations and follow-up activities.
  • Conduct market and regulatory research to support new service offerings and business opportunities.
  • Maintain project records, prepare management reports and ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining project workflows and operational processes.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business or a related discipline.
  • Experience in project coordination, programme management, consulting or technical service delivery.
  • Exposure to sustainability, ESG, carbon management, renewable energy, energy efficiency or environmental consulting is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional and regional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
