The Opportunity


The Sales Director will lead business development activities across the designated territory, building relationships with key stakeholders throughout the construction ecosystem including developers, architects, façade consultants, contractors, and glazing partners.

This individual will develop and execute regional growth strategies, build pipeline, drive specification activity, and help accelerate adoption of advanced building envelope solutions across both new construction and retrofit markets.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies
  • Build relationships with owners, developers, architects, façade consultants, contractors, and channel partners
  • Drive project specifications and develop long-term pipeline opportunities
  • Manage project-based sales from early engagement through installation
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial agreements
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights
  • Support trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities
  • Utilize CRM tools to track pipeline, opportunities, and market intelligence
  • Assist in identifying and onboarding independent sales representatives and future team members


What We’re Looking For


  • 7+ years of experience within the building envelope, architectural glass, glazing, façade, curtainwall, or related construction materials industry
  • Proven success selling sophisticated or technical products into the construction market
  • Existing relationships with developers, architects, owners, contractors, and/or façade consultants
  • Strong business development and territory growth mindset
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to create opportunities from the ground up
  • Comfortable operating in a high-performance, fast-growth environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and entrepreneurial approach


Travel


  • Approximately 50% travel throughout the region based on business development needs
