We are looking for a BAS Controls Install Foreman or Project Manager who can take ownership of field operations, installation oversight, and coordination from project kick-off to closeout.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage field installation of BAS systems according to design specs and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, electricians, and HVAC technicians to ensure proper installation.
• Interpret control drawings, wiring diagrams, and submittals.
• Manage on-site teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Track project progress, material needs, and installation milestones.
• Act as the liaison between engineering, field teams, and clients.
• Participate in project scheduling, planning, and reporting.
• Perform quality control checks and functional testing of installed systems.
• Ensure documentation and redlines are up to date throughout the project.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in BAS controls installation or project management.
• Strong knowledge of systems such as Tridium, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, or Alerton.
• Ability to read and interpret control drawings and electrical schematics.
• Experience managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and working with GCs.
• Proficient with tools like Bluebeam, MS Project, or project management platforms a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
