We are hiring a senior commercial leader to drive revenue growth for a high-growth energy technology company. The company provides mission-critical software, strategic services, and digital solutions to optimize energy infrastructure and accelerate the global transition to sustainable power.
Your Role:
- Total Revenue Ownership: Lead global commercial operations across software licenses, professional services, and recurring revenue streams.
- Strategic GTM Design: Architect and execute a multi-channel go-to-market strategy, including enterprise international market entry.
- Team Leadership: Scale and mentor an elite, global commercial organization while collaborating with product, engineering, and operations.
- High-Stakes Dealmaking: Personally drive “cornerstone” enterprise agreements and long-cycle strategic partnerships with global developers and institutional asset owners.
- Market Intelligence: Identify and open new markets globally to solidify our position as a market leader.
- Operational Excellence: Own forecasts, pipeline, and commercial performance with full accountability for sustainable growth.
You Have:
- 10+ years leading commercial teams in Energy Tech, Industrial SaaS, or ClimateTech.
- Complex Sales Mastery: Expert-level experience navigating long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise
- Global Pedigree: Demonstrated success in international business development and managing diverse, distributed teams.
- Tech Savvy: Deep fluency in digital energy infrastructure, grid-edge technologies, asset performance management, or related software.
- Builder Mentality: Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable in agile, venture-scale organizations.
- Track Record: Proven history of building revenue and scaling high-performing teams globally.
