Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented General Manager to lead club operations within one of the fastest-growing fitness organizations in the industry. This role is ideal for a high-performing leader who thrives in a sales-focused, fast-paced environment and is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

As General Manager, you will lead from the front by driving revenue growth, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring operational success while contributing to the continued expansion of a rapidly growing fitness brand.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive membership sales and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead by example in sales execution while coaching team members to maximize performance and conversion results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase membership growth and retention.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop high-performing team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, collaboration, and results-driven performance.
  • Motivate teams to achieve operational and sales objectives while supporting professional growth.

Club Operations

  • Oversee all daily club operations to maintain a clean, safe, and high-energy environment.
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Monitor club performance and implement improvements where needed.

Member Experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all members.
  • Resolve escalated member concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Maintain a strong focus on member satisfaction and retention.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to drive operational and sales performance.
  • Develop action plans to improve club performance and achieve business objectives.

Collaboration & Community Engagement

  • Partner with district and regional leadership to align on operational strategies and growth initiatives.
  • Represent the brand within the local community through partnerships, events, and outreach activities to drive club traffic and visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and achieving aggressive performance goals.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Prior management experience required; fitness industry experience preferred.
