Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in East Chicago, IN for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, develop and implement operational strategies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Additional responsibilities include facilitating client relationships, optimizing resource allocation, and driving operational efficiency. The General Manager will also play a key role in budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in operational strategy development and implementation
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Proven ability in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
