We help Australian households invest in solar, batteries, EVs and home electrification through simple, responsible finance. We also build products that support our partners and enable government-backed sustainability programs.
As Delivery Manager, you'll turn marketplace opportunities into reliable, measurable outcomes. Your current focus is our enterprise marketplace partners, and you'll also support the Energy Buyer proposition, from discovery and planning through to vendor selection and financing. As priorities shift, you'll take on cross-functional work wherever it's needed, not just in one pod.
You'll work across Product, BA/Delivery, Engineering, Data, Design, Operations and external partners to take work from opportunity to launch, adoption and improvement. This is a hands-on role, and you'll lead one direct report, a Project Manager.

Not a PMO, meeting coordination or status-reporting role. It owns delivery outcomes for the Marketplace portfolio, not every delivery task across the business.

What you will do
- Own delivery outcomes for the Marketplace portfolio, with clear owners, priorities and decision paths.
- Keep Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Operations and partners aligned on outcomes and decisions.
- Turn partner, customer and commercial needs into practical delivery priorities, using marketplace data and partner feedback.
- Manage dependencies, risks and constraints before they slow delivery.
- Build repeatable approaches for partner onboarding, launches and change.
- Support delivery of the broader Energy Buyer journey.
- Cut process, automate where you can, and use AI tools to improve delivery and analysis.
- Coach and support your Project Manager and other contributors through hands-on delivery.
- Enterprise partner commitments are delivered reliably.
- Partner onboarding and launches are repeatable and don't depend on individual knowledge.
- Marketplace data and partner feedback visibly shape what we prioritise.
- Delivery governance is light, useful and increasingly automated.
- Improvements create value for customers, vendors, partners and Brighte.
- You've delivered complex, cross-functional products, programmes or partner propositions.
- You've worked with enterprise partners, customers or ecosystem participants.
- You make sound calls across ambiguity, dependencies, risk and competing priorities.
- You connect strategy, customer needs and commercial outcomes to execution.
- You communicate clearly and manage stakeholders well.
- You're comfortable in the detail.
- You use AI tools in practice to improve delivery, analysis and decisions.
