Bright Solar ( www.gobrightsolar.com ) is expanding in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and seeking motivated Solar Sales Representatives who are ready to take control of their income. This role is 100% commission-based with first payouts within 1–2 weeks. The harder you work, the more you earn — top performers regularly make $200K+ per year.

Responsibilities:
Educate homeowners on solar energy benefits and cost savings
Conduct in-home and virtual sales presentations
Prospect and generate leads through door-to-door outreach, events, social media, and referrals
Build strong relationships with potential customers to drive trust and sales conversion
Accurately track sales activities and results using CRM tools
Represent the Bright Solar brand with professionalism and integrity
Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
Qualifications:
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Self-driven with a competitive sales mindset
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous sales, door-to-door, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
Tech-savvy with the ability to use presentation tools and CRM systems (training provided)
Goal-oriented with a strong desire for personal and financial growth
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
Compensation:
100% commission-based (no base pay)
Average earnings: $80K–$120K annually
Top performers: $200K+ per year
