V.P. of Sales
Job Description
Looking for someone with outside sales, direct to consumer, and solar experience. At Bright Home Energy, we offer an extraordinary opportunity to become a VP of Sales and embark on an exciting leadership. Our team is committed to creating exceptional experiences for both customers and team members. As a VP of Sales you are responsible for your team/ organization in daily, weekly, monthly, annual sales goals/ kpi's. Be able to recruit, retain, and develop sales professionals in the solar industry. Must have door to door sales experience, and solar/ direct to consumer.
Your Role:
- Teach, train, mentor existing sales reps to help them reach their full potential.
- Recruit and attract top talent to join the team
- Lead by example- Solar knowledge and being able to make sales to show you are current with industry knowledge
- Culture- Continue to develop a positive successful team culture
- Accountable for ALL things sales in your organization/ team
Requirements:
- Experience in outside Solar sales- A MUST
- Experience in team building and retention
- Experience in developing solar sales professionals
- Outgoing, adventurous, and eager to connect with diverse people in various settings.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with sales people, office staff, and customers.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a desire to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to bring talented individuals with is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year plus override, commissions, and profit share.
