Commercial Contracts Attorney - Renewable Energy Company

Our client, a major, global solar energy company, seeks a Commercial Contracts Counsel on a contract basis, part-time or full-time.

Experience with renewable energy, particularly solar, is required.

The work includes drafting and negotiating complex procurement and supply agreements, including Master Services Agreements and volume-based contracts, while working closely with procurement and sales teams.
