Role Description

The current Board of Directors have decided that the business requires a refreshed strategy and leadership to take into account global macro and micro change occuring within the sustainability and climate sector. The existing founders have agreed that to allow Breathe Points to continue to scale, the business must pivot to accomodate global change, and therefore the founder is looking to step back from the business once a suitable candidate has been onboarded.


This is a full-time remote role for a business leader to shape and lead the next version of Breathe Points (Breathe Points 3.0).


The leader will be responsible for shaping and implementing a strategic vision of the company, establishing key partnerships with stakeholders, and driving growth through innovative initiatives. Additionally, the role involves overseeing marketing and sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and fostering collaboration among team members to enhance the company’s impact. The leader will also play a critical role in aligning the company’s mission with measurable environmental and financial outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, interpret data, and enhance the platform’s performance
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, team members, and diverse audiences
  • Proven expertise in sales and marketing, with the ability to develop and execute successful strategies
  • Experience in conducting research to support data-driven decision-making and innovative solutions
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a passion for environmental and social impact
  • Familiarity with climate change initiatives and sustainable development practices is a significant advantage

Package


  • The Board of Directors wish to provide an equity package which will include signifcant founding shares and financial incentives linked to clear KPIs and outcomes.
  • A probabtion period of 90 days will be applied during which time it will be expected that the leader will carry their own expenses and overhead (Sweat Equity) while they shadow the existing founder.
