Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Designer based in Bengaluru. The Product Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing product experiences, conducting user research, and applying design thinking principles to solve complex problems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective product design strategies that align with user needs and business objectives.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Visual Design and Product Design to create user-centric and visually compelling interfaces
  • Proficiency in Design Thinking and applying innovative approaches to problem-solving and process improvements
  • Experience and expertise in User Research and UX Research to gather and analyze user needs effectively
  • Passion for sustainability and interest in the ESG domain is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred


Good to have

  • Experience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise products
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
  • Exposure to data-heavy interfaces (tables, dashboards, forms)
  • Interest in sustainability, climate tech, or ESG
  • Basic knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
