Your Responsibilities As Chief Engineer Is
- Ensuring a safe work environment for crew members in the engine room. Understanding and ensuring compliance with relevant company’s safety guidelines and procedures.
- Ensuring engine room and all technical installations are working in an efficient manner and repair planned maintenance activities are performed in an optimal and safe manner.
- Ensuring maintenance of engine room log and administration of data and documents in fleet maintenance systems.
- Maintaining inventory for spare parts and fuel and ensuring stock is at the agreed stock level.
You can move ahead as Chief Engineer if you have:
- A citizenship of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an engineer Officer on multicat vessel.
- Expert knowledge on and experience with the operation of all technical installations on board.
- Valid STCW documents.
- A good command of written and spoken English.
- Valid seafarers medical certificate.
- Basic knowledge of and experience with the operation of technical installations on board.

- Full/part-time job: The function of Chief Engineer is full time job. Working schedule is 4 weeks on/off for the projects in Europe and 6 weeks on/off for the projects outside of Europe.
