Bolt Solar is looking to add a motivated Solar Installer to our growing team. We handle a mix of residential and commercial solar projects, and we’re looking for someone who is reliable, safety-minded, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Position:

Solar Installer (Full-Time)

Compensation:

Pay will be determined by union placement testing.

Responsibilities:

• Install solar PV systems on residential and commercial properties
• Set up racking, modules, wiring, and components
• Assist with electrical runs (under licensed supervision)
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Work effectively with the crew to meet project timelines
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and professionalism

Requirements:

• Prior solar installation experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards
