What will the role entail?

The project!
Implement and oversight of the company's Environmental roadmap, ensuring global regulatory compliance and transforming accountability into a core competitive advantage for our brands.
What will the role entail?
- Supply Chain Traceability & Transparency: Lead the implementation of traceability solutions and Digital Product Passports (DPPs), ensuring end-to-end visibility across the supply chain and full transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
- Chemical Compliance & Product Safety: Ensure compliance with evolving chemical regulations, including REACH and PFAS restrictions, while overseeing product testing protocols and managing Restricted Substances Lists (RSL/MRSL).
- Sustainable Products & Eco-Design: Drive the adoption of credible sustainability certifications and support the transition towards eco-designed products aligned with ESPR requirements, focusing on durability, repairability and circular design principles.
- Circularity & Extended Producer Responsibility: Manage compliance with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) schemes and lead initiatives that promote product circularity, including take-back, repair and recycling programmes.
- Packaging & Waste Reduction: Oversee the transformation of packaging strategies in line with PPWR requirements, reducing waste and accelerating the transition away from virgin single-use plastics.
- Green Claims & Sustainability Governance: Ensure all sustainability-related communications, product claims and customer-facing information comply with regulatory requirements and are supported by robust verification processes.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Change, orarelated field.
- 5 years of experience in a similar position
