Bluewater is seeking a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO and operate at the center of a fast-growing startup. This is more than a traditional support role; it's an opportunity to become a trusted partner to the CEO, help manage priorities, execute key initiatives, and keep the business moving forward every day. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and wants real exposure to how a company is built. You'll gain firsthand experience across operations, leadership, deals, and strategy, while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the CEO's right hand by owning calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination to ensure time is spent where it matters most
Own ad hoc initiatives including contract review, financial planning, deal-related activities, and cross-functional projects
Anticipate priorities, flag conflicts early, and help maintain momentum across initiatives
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications with the Office of the CEO, exercising sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism
Prepare materials, agendas, presentations, and briefing documents for executive meetings, board sessions, and leadership gatherings
Track, review, and reconcile expense reports and budgets related to the CEO and office operations, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance
Help build and maintain a positive, well-run office environment that supports team execution and culture
Oversee day-to-day office operations, serving as the primary liaison with any office vendors while managing purchasing, inventory, and office supplies
Plan and execute company-wide events such as offsites, retreats, team gatherings, celebrations, and conferences
Qualifications
4-5+ years of experience in an administrative, executive support, or operations role
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
Resourceful, action-oriented, and comfortable solving problems independently
Strong interpersonal skills with experience coordinating cross-functionally
Ability to gather information, conduct research independently, and develop clear reports or summaries
A growth-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn quickly and take on increasing responsibility
