Bluetti Energy Nigeria Limited is currently recruiting qualified candidates for the following position,

Risk Recovery Officer (RRO) – Abuja, Benue and Ijebu-Ode and Ikeja, Lagos.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recovery operations, reducing overdue accounts, implementing risk strategies, and ensuring effective collaboration with field agents and the sales team to maintain a healthy portfolio.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Follow up daily with DSAs to ensure prompt collection of outstanding repayments.

• Monitor recovery performance and report insights to the Collection Specialist.

• Coordinate, guide, and support DSAs to improve collection efficiency.

• Identify and escalate fraudulent activities involving DSAs or Sales teams.

• Implement Bluetti’s Risk Strategy policies at the branch level.

• Drive initiatives to maintain at least 95% control of overdue customers.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports.

• Maintain accurate records of overdue accounts and recovery activities.

• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure proper customer profiling and responsible selling.

• Provide feedback on customer repayment behavior to improve portfolio quality.

• Coordinate repossession activities and ensure proper documentation of recovered assets.

• Lead recovery actions including calls, field visits, and customer engagement.

• Ensure compliance with all risk and recovery processes.

• Support audits, verification exercises, and special recovery campaigns.

*Requirements & Qualifications*

• Minimum of HND or BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• Minimum of *2–5 years’ experience* in collections, credit control, risk, or recovery role.

• Experience in solar/PayGo industry is an added advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

• Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
