Senior Implementation Engineer
Is this the most important century in human history?
The climate crisis is no longer abstract. Businesses, governments, and consumers are acting—cutting emissions and buying carbon credits to offset what they can't yet eliminate. To meet projected needs, global carbon credit supply must increase by up to 4,000% in the coming years. Yet most project developers lack the infrastructure to scale credibly.
About BlueLayer
BlueLayer builds the software infrastructure that enables high-quality carbon credit supply to scale.
We give carbon project developers tools to automate MRV, inventory, and core workflows, so credible supply can reach the market efficiently and transparently.
BlueLayer is mission-driven and committed to diversity and inclusion. We believe strong teams and products are built through different perspectives and backgrounds.
About the Team
BlueLayer is led by operators with experience building and scaling companies, deploying billions in climate capital, and running complex international organizations. We value ownership, clarity, and impact. Every team member receives meaningful equity and direct responsibility for outcomes.
We operate from Berlin, Athens, and London, with a remote-friendly culture.

You’ll thrive in the fast-paced environment of an early-stage startup, iterating quickly based on new learnings and user feedback. You care deeply about solving the right problems for our customers and are not afraid to share your opinions on the product, our technology, and our business. In this role, you’ll engage directly with users and play a part in our customers’ journey to fight climate change.
