About us

Blueberry Energy is a German-Vietnamese renewable energy developer. We develop, finance and deliver rooftop and utility-scale solar projects across Vietnam, including our Solar4Shrimp programme for aquaculture farms. We are growing our team as our activities in Vietnam are expanding.


The role

As Project Coordinator you keep our projects on track: you plan the work, coordinate the people involved and make sure deadlines are met. You work closely with our Technical & Project Director, and the project team, as well as the Board of Management. An engineering background is welcome but not required; strong project management skills are.


What you will do

  • Plan and coordinate solar projects end to end: scope, schedules, deliverables and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate EPC contractors, suppliers, customers and authorities, and follow up until things get done
  • Join site surveys and support technical assessments, tender assistance, drawing reviews and BOQs alongside our engineers
  • Prepare proposals, reports, meeting minutes and project documentation
  • Keep project trackers, risks and deadlines up to date in our tools (Planner, SharePoint, project dashboard)
  • Research market trends, support business development and marketing

What we require

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related field (engineering is a plus, not a must)
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management or project coordination (solar, energy, construction or infrastructure preferred)
  • Proven PM skills in planning, tracking and follow-up
  • Willing to learn the technical side of solar: PV systems, drawings and site work
  • Structured, detail-oriented and takes full ownership of results
  • Ambition to grow and highly motivated
  • Good communication in English and Vietnamese
