About Bloomcharge

Bloomcharge is a start-up EV charging infrastructure solution provider. We partner with commercial property owners, landlords, and site developers to deploy high-reliability EV charging stations. We do not sell cheap turnkey hardware; we deliver structured site economics, robust power management, and long-term site monetization for commercial real estate.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Developer / Sales Executive to lead site acquisition and B2B commercial partnerships for Bloomcharge. In this role, you will be on the front lines opening new charger locations, negotiating lease and revenue-share terms with commercial property managers, and bringing EV charging infrastructure to high-traffic destinations across Metro Manila.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Acquisition & Landlord Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and secure EV charging site locations with landlords, property management groups, mall operators, and commercial parking concessionaires.
  • Site Economics & Deal Structuring: Present clear financial models—whether site lease terms, hardware sales, or revenue-share economics—tailored to the property owner's goals.
  • Site Assessment & Power Feasibility: Conduct preliminary site visits to assess electrical capacity, site power constraints, parking layouts, and OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol) requirements.
  • End-to-End Deal Ownership: Drive deals from first contact through lease agreement / purchase order signing and collection.
  • Pipeline Discipline: Maintain transparent pipeline records in HubSpot and provide real-time updates on active site discussions.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ Years in B2B Project Sales or Commercial Real Estate: Proven background in commercial property leasing, facility services, parking management, solar/energy solutions, or industrial equipment.
  • Landlord & Property Network: Established connections or comfort dealing directly with Property Managers, Facilities Directors, and Commercial Real Estate heads.
  • Technical & Financial Baseline: Ability to understand site electrical constraints (power capacity), OCPP standards, and return-on-investment models.
  • Commercial Nerve: Skilled at pitching value and long-term site monetization rather than competing on lowball hardware cost
