Legal Assistant/Paralegal Virtual Support Position

About the Company A growing, fast-paced real estate investment and development firm specializing in commercial assets and renewable energy projects. The company is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to independently manage due diligence, support asset acquisitions, and coordinate closings across multiple transactions. You will partner closely with the Closing Lead and work alongside legal, acquisitions, and cross-functional teams on ongoing land and asset purchases. Lead and coordinate all aspects of due diligence and closing processes for commercial real estate and renewable energy transactions. Draft, review, and organize transaction documents prior to attorney review. Document & Legal Support Review surveys, title commitments, title policies, easements, ALTA documents, and related real estate materials. Manage signatures, notarizations, paperwork, and document routing. Maintain organized, accurate closing files and document retention systems. Collaborate daily with legal, land acquisition, finance, and operations teams. 7–10+ years total professional experience, including 3–4+ years in commercial real estate, land, or renewable energy transactions. ~ Commercial real estate law firm ~ Renewable energy developer (legal or land department) ~ Full-time, in-office role due to the hands-on nature of documents and closings. Occasional ad-hoc flexibility available for personal appointments or short-term remote needs.
