How will I make an impact?

As Head of Sales, you will be a player-coach leading the commercialization of a groundbreaking bioprocess analytics solution. You will build and execute a data-driven sales strategy to capture new large industrial clients while coaching the Solution Specialists, managing industry connectors and channel partners, and directly contributing to revenue growth.


You will:

• Own revenue targets and drive complex, consultative gap-selling strategies

• Build and scale a high-performing sales organization, including hiring top performers

•Optimize the sales process, metrics, pipelines, and enablement systems

• Support enterprise expansion sales with multi-facility deployments

• Establish strategic relationships with major industrial biotech producers and global accounts

• Provide strong market intelligence, including competitive positioning

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and Commercial Ops to accelerate international penetration


Our ideal candidate looks like:

  • 10–15 years experience in technical B2B complex solution selling within biotech, industrial manufacturing, bioprocessing, or adjacent markets
  • Degree in Biotechnological engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Bioengineering or Biochemical engineering, or in a biology-related science with a strong love for maths
  • Proven leadership in data-driven sales forecasting, dashboards, and operational rigor
  • Former Territory Manager or Sales Director with hands-on selling responsibilities
  • Experience managing channel partners and subject matter specialists
  • Skilled in identifying talent and building sales teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ready to roll up your sleeves in a fast-growing startup
  • Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, ambitious and target-driven
  • Ability to thrive in lean environments and adapt strategy as needed
  • Ability to travel internationally 10-15% of the time
