Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Machine Operator role based in Durg. The Machine Operator will operate and maintain biomass pelleting machinery used in waste-to-energy conversion processes, inspect, control, and monitor moisture and production output for quality control, and ensure equipment is in optimal working condition. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting machine issues, performing basic repairs, and adhering to operational safety standards.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and ability to efficiently handle machinery
- Experience in Quality Control and monitoring output for accuracy and consistency
- Knowledge of operating and maintaining Hand Tools for basic repairs
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with the team and report issues effectively
- Attention to detail, ability to follow safety protocols, and a commitment to operational excellence
- Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.Tech/B.E Mechanical
- Prior experience in waste management or renewable energy sectors is advantageous
