We are now looking for an Analytics Manager to our European Sourcing & Supply Chain organization.

In the role of Analytics Manager, you will work closely with decision‑makers within sourcing, logistics and finance to create business insights, transparency and decision support. You will do this by challenging existing ways of working and using data in a way that creates business value. You will play a key role in developing reporting, KPIs and analyses, and support the organization in both day‑to‑day operations and larger development initiatives.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Monthly- and quarterly reporting in Sourcing & Supply Chain
  • Develop and further improve analyses, KPIs and reporting
  • Support managers and specialists with data‑driven decision support and business insights
  • Be responsible for structure and quality in follow‑ups, forecasts and business reviews
  • Work with BI tools and analytics platforms
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives and cost follow‑up

The position is based in Solna and reports to the Vice President Sourcing & Supply Chain.

Qualifications

  • Relevant academic degree in finance, engineering or similar, alternatively equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with data, reporting and analysis
  • Experienced user of Excel, data analysis tools and ERP-systems
  • Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English

Experience from sourcing or supply chain related operations, as well as previous experience with SAP, is considered an advantage.
