Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support and Sales role located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include providing technical support, analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, and assisting with sales support to establish strong connections with customers and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring high Customer Satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with customers.
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving product or service-related challenges effectively.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and improve overall service delivery.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and technologies is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer support or sales, preferably in the agriculture, food, or sustainability sector.
