About the Role
Bharat Smart Services is looking for a highly entrepreneurial Growth Hacker who can help us build and scale new growth engines across our consumer energy and smart living businesses.
The role will focus on rapidly scaling:
- Bill Optimisation Services
- Home & Industry Energy Audits
- Climate Yodha Partner Network
- Smart Home Partner & Installer Network
This is not a conventional digital marketing role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys figuring out how to grow from 100 customers to 1,000, from 10 partners to 100, and eventually from one market to multiple markets using experimentation, partnerships, referrals, community networks, digital channels, automation and unconventional growth ideas.
The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, execution-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where new ideas are tested quickly, measured and either improved, scaled or dropped.
What You Will Own1. Customer GrowthDevelop and experiment with new ways of acquiring customers for Bill Optimisation, Energy Audits, Smart Home solutions and other consumer services.
Explore acquisition channels including:
- Residential communities and RWAs
- Digital campaigns
- Referral programs
- Social media and content
- WhatsApp/community marketing
- Events and activations
- Corporate and institutional partnerships
- Local businesses and associations
- Electricians, technicians and installers
- Builders and facility managers
- Colleges and community organisations
Identify channels capable of delivering high-volume customer acquisition at sustainable economics.
2. Climate Yodha Network GrowthHelp build Climate Yodha into a large distributed partner network.
Identify innovative ways to:
- Recruit Climate Yodhas at scale
- Activate newly registered partners
- Improve partner productivity
- Build referral-led partner acquisition
- Create local Climate Yodha communities
- Develop partnerships that can bring hundreds of potential Yodhas into the network
- Improve partner engagement and retention
Think beyond individual recruitment and identify network multipliers such as colleges, ITIs, electrician communities, associations, NGOs, channel partners and other organisations.
3. Smart Home Partner NetworkDevelop and scale a partner ecosystem for Smart Home products and services.
Identify, acquire and activate potential:
- Electricians
- Smart Home installers
- Electrical retailers
- Dealers and distributors
- Builders
- Interior designers
- Architects
- Facility managers
- Solar/EV ecosystem partners
- Local service entrepreneurs
Design experiments that can turn these relationships into repeatable customer acquisition and revenue channels.
