BeZero Carbon is the world's leading independent carbon credit ratings agency. We bring transparency to carbon markets through technology, combining climate science, finance, earth observation, and machine learning to provide critical insights to market participants worldwide.


We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to design our customer-facing platform and AI products. Our clients use these tools daily to evaluate carbon projects, compare ratings, and make investment decisions.


You'll join a small Design team (two designers, including one embedded in our Marketing Team) and work alongside our engineers, scientists, and PMs, with plenty of room to shape how design works at BeZero.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Own end-to-end design for a data-rich B2B platform with AI-powered products, from service design through to UI details.
  • Make complex information simple. Our users range from climate scientists to finance professionals making investment decisions.
  • Work closely across the business to influence what gets built, not just how it looks.
  • Ship consistently, learn from what ships, iterate based on data and customer feedback.


What We're Looking For

  • You've shipped B2B products where users make high-stakes decisions from complex data. You think in systems, not just screens.
  • You're full-stack as a designer: comfortable across research, flows, IA, UI, content, and interaction design. You can prototype ideas in Figma, AI tooling, or code to validate them.
  • Engineers love working with you because your designs are considered, clear, and feasible. You're collaborative without needing consensus to move.
  • You’re comfortable talking with customers, running tests, and translating insights into design decisions.
  • You experiment with new tools and technology to get the job done. Whether it's AI or something that didn't exist last month, you're drawn to whatever helps you do your best work.
