Our mission is to accelerate India’s clean energy transition by delivering technically sound, site-optimized solar designs that maximize ROI and regulatory compliance—while staying ahead of evolving grid and sustainability standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design utility-scale and rooftop solar PV systems from concept to detailed engineering, including layout optimization, shading analysis, and energy yield simulation.
- Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, single-line diagrams, BoQs, and system specifications using AutoCAD, PVsyst, and Helioscope.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to validate design assumptions, including structural, electrical, and environmental constraints.
- Coordinate with project managers, civil engineers, and procurement to ensure design compliance with timelines, budgets, and local regulations (MNRE, DISCOM, IEC, NEC).
- Perform techno-economic analysis to benchmark system performance, ROI, and LCOE against client targets and industry benchmarks.
- Support permitting and approval processes by preparing technical documentation for grid interconnection, safety compliance, and environmental clearances.

- Familiarity with solar inverter and transformer specifications (SMA, Fronius, ABB, etc.)
- Work on high-impact solar projects across India—from Rajasthan to Tamil Nadu—with real climate impact.
- Clear career path with technical ladder progression and certification sponsorship (e.g., NABCEP, PV Design Professional).
- On-site collaboration with field engineers and clients—no ivory tower work; you’ll see your designs become reality.
