About Beyond2C | Youth x Climate Action Platform
Beyond2C is a bilingual (TR/EN) youth–climate platform designed to connect young people with local governments and accelerate climate action. Through interactive maps, youth stories, data visualizations, and policy tools, we aim to build a new-generation climate movement.
We are expanding our core team and looking for a Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorship Manager who will drive partner acquisition, secure sponsorships, and strengthen our collaboration ecosystem.
? Position Details
- Work Type: Remote
- Model: Commission-based (Performance-driven)
- Compensation: Competitive percentage commission on each secured partnership/sponsorship (Rates discussed during interview)
- Start Date: January 2026 (Flexible)
? Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Identify and secure strategic partnerships, sponsorship deals, and collaboration opportunities.
- Build Relationships: Manage relationships with NGOs, foundations, private sector brands, and international organizations.
- Create Assets: Develop compelling sponsorship packages, proposals, pitch decks, and partnership materials.
- Generate Revenue: Establish meaningful and scalable partner relationships that drive funding.
- Coordinate: Align partner involvement in campaigns, events, and communication activities.
- Strategize: Contribute to Beyond2C’s growth strategy through market insights and strategic recommendations.
? Who We’re Looking For
- Communicator: Strong proactive communication skills; comfortable pitching in English.
- Experienced: Background in business development, sales, sponsorships, or nonprofit collaborations (volunteer experience welcome).
- Networker: Skilled in outreach and building long-term professional relationships.
- Entrepreneurial: Motivated by commission-based work and thrives in agile, mission-driven environments.
