Our flagship platform, ENRZY, is an AI-powered digital inspection platform for Power Transmission, Distribution, and Renewable Energy assets. ENRZY combines drone imagery, thermal inspection, LiDAR, GIS, and AI analytics into a single enterprise platform for utilities.

The platform processes images, videos, thermal data, LiDAR, point clouds, GIS layers, and AI-generated insights to automate inspections, detect defects, monitor progress, and generate actionable reports.



Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of the end-to-end development of ENRZY, from architecture and feature development to deployment and production.

The candidate will work closely with the founders, Product Team, AI Engineers, GIS Engineers, and DevOps team to build scalable, secure, and production-ready applications.


This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys working across the full technology stack and solving complex engineering challenges involving AI, GIS, drone data, geospatial technologies, and enterprise applications..



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to the end-to-end development of the ENRZY platform, from product architecture and technical planning to production deployment.
  • Design and develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices for enterprise utility customers.
  • Build responsive and intuitive web applications using modern frontend technologies.
  • Develop GIS-enabled dashboards, asset visualization, inspection workflows, analytics modules, and reporting features.
  • Integrate drone inspection outputs, thermal data, LiDAR, point clouds, GIS layers, and AI/image analysis results into the platform.
  • Develop secure and well-documented REST APIs and reusable frontend and backend components.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, and secure application practices.
  • Design and optimize database structures and queries for high-volume enterprise applications.
  • Own cloud deployment, containerization, DevOps, security, monitoring, and platform scalability.
  • Deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, including configuration of Ingress, Secrets, ConfigMaps, and Autoscaling.
  • Build and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines and support production releases.
  • Work closely with AI and GIS teams to integrate inference services and build efficient workflows for processing imagery, thermal data, LiDAR, point clouds, and GIS layers.
  • Collaborate with founders and technical teams to define product features, technical requirements, releases, and development priorities.
  • Lead technical planning, sprint execution, code reviews, and production deployments.
  • Follow secure coding practices aligned with OWASP Top 10 and contribute to code quality, vulnerability scanning, monitoring, and engineering best practices.
  • Contribute to the long-term architecture, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the ENRZY platform.

 

 

Required Technical Skills

  • Frontend: React.js / Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Material UI, Redux Toolkit / Context API.
  • Backend: Node.js and/or Python, REST APIs, microservices, secure and scalable backend development. Java 17+ / Spring Boot is an added advantage.
  • Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL optimization, database design, and PostGIS preferred.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI), and cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Helm / ArgoCD and object storage (S3, MinIO, Azure Blob) preferred.
  • Security & Observability: OAuth2/JWT, RBAC, OWASP Top 10, secure coding, application monitoring/logging, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki/ELK, and SonarQube.
  • GIS & AI: Experience with Mapbox, Leaflet, ArcGIS, OpenLayers, GeoServer, or CesiumJS. Exposure to LiDAR/Point Cloud Processing, Computer Vision, Image Analytics, OpenCV, TensorFlow/PyTorch, FFmpeg, or AI/LLM integration is an advantage.
  • Domain & Product: Experience with SaaS/enterprise platforms, Power, GIS, DroneTech, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, or Industrial AI products, with exposure to product releases and engineering execution.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
