Office Manager – Energy Efficiency & Home Performance

The Role

We’re seeking a personable and highly organized Office Manager to join our team and serve as the backbone of our daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and loves keeping things running smoothly while supporting a growing field team.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.

·       Coordinate scheduling of home performance assessments, installations, and follow-ups.

·       Serve as the first point of contact for clients—professional, warm, and solution-focused.

·       Maintain records, process paperwork, and track project documentation.

·       Support HR functions, including onboarding and coordinating staff training.

·       Manage CRM Software

·       Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, systems, and communication.

·       Assist with bookkeeping tasks (invoices, vendor management, expense tracking).

·       Contribute to a positive, supportive company culture.

 

Qualifications

·       3+ years of office management, administrative, or operations experience (preferred).

·       Excellent organizational and time management skills.

·       Strong interpersonal skills—able to build trust with both customers and team members.

·       Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a growing company.

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

·       Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software a plus.

·       Passion for sustainability, energy efficiency, or construction industry experience is a bonus.
