Role Description

You will sit where commercial momentum meets public voice. Working day to day with our Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, you will keep our sales follow ups tight, run cold outreach to building owners and partners on LinkedIn, and own our daily social media presence and press relations. The outcome you are accountable for is simple. More buildings connected to the RizaOne platform, more GreenTech partners in our network, and more outcome-based contractual partnerships signed. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Run sales follow ups end to end. Make sure no qualified lead, demo, or proposal goes cold. Sit alongside the Chief Revenue Officer and keep the pipeline tight, accurate, and moving. 
  • Drive cold outreach on LinkedIn. Target building owners, asset managers, sustainability leads, and GreenTech partners across APAC and selected international markets. Build the lists, write the sequences, track the response. 
  • Own our daily social media. Plan, write, design, and publish posts (primarily LinkedIn) that carry our voice and our momentum. We post daily and we want the calendar full. 
  • Coordinate PR and publications. Manage our press releases, media features, and industry contributions. Work with the Chief Marketing Officer to amplify every milestone on platform adoption, projects signed, and partnerships closed. 
  • Keep the CRM honest. Maintain prospect lists, partner trackers, and outreach analytics so the team always knows what is working, what is not, and what to try next. 
  • Bring the market back to us. Surface the objections you hear, the questions buyers ask, the pitches that land. We use that signal to sharpen positioning week by week. 


Qualifications

Education:

  • Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, a Bachelor or Master degree. 
  • Preferred fields: Business, Marketing, Communications, International Business, Sustainability, or Engineering with a commercial bent. 
  • Fresh graduates welcome. 

Practical Skills:

  • Strong written English. A second language used commercially in APAC or Europe is a plus. 
  • Comfortable on LinkedIn as a professional outreach tool, not just a personal feed. 
  • Familiarity with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus. 
  • Working ability with social media authoring and basic visuals (Canva or equivalent). 
  • Comfortable with structured outreach tracking in spreadsheets or simple dashboards. 
  • An interest in climate, energy, real estate, or PropTech is a strong plus. 

Attitude:

  • Self starter who can run a process without daily babysitting. 
  • Strong written voice and the judgment to represent our brand publicly. 
  • Resilient on cold outreach. You can take rejection and keep going. 
  • Curious about how buildings, capital markets, and AI fit together. 
  • A passion for saving energy and the planet.
