Quality Manager - Renewable Energy / Solar

BEAR Construction is hiring a Solar Quality Manager in Illinois.

We're looking for someone who understands commercial rooftop AND ground-mount solar and knows the difference between work that's technically finished and work that's actually done right.

You'll work directly with our field and project teams to:

• Inspect solar installations
• Verify electrical + mechanical quality
• Build and manage QA/QC processes
• Document issues before they become expensive problems
• Drive corrective action with subs and field teams
• Help projects move cleanly through commissioning and closeout

We're especially interested in people who've spent real time in the field around modules, racking, rooftop attachments, trackers/fixed-tilt systems, wiring, grounding/bonding and solar electrical equipment.
