We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Climate and Sustainability Consulting team at the Manager or Senior Manager level. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sustainability transformation for our clients by providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, and innovative solutions


Key Responsibilities :-


Strategic Leadership & Client Advisory:

  • Provide insights on regulatory trends, emerging risks and global ESG best practices to help clients stay ahead in their sustainability journey.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively develop and discuss potential solutions.
  • Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.


Project & Team Management :

  • Manage end- to-end ESG consulting engagements, ensuring high quality deliverables and align with clients objective.
  • Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust and foster collaboration.
  • Conduct and manage market research, data analysis and benchmarking exercises to develop impactful sustainability solutions.
  • Conduct capacity-building workshops, briefings and seminars to facilitate knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.


Technical Expertise & Innovations :

  • Advise clients on sustainability and ESG-related strategies, policies and frameworks, including ESG risk management, climate change strategies and sustainability reporting.
  • Analyze strategic, operational, risk and financial implications of sustainability trends and translate these into commercial impacts for clients.
  • Leverage expertise in ESG strategy, Life Cycle Assessment, climate risk modelling, sustainable finance and/or sustainability reporting to provide tailored solutions for clients.
  • Utilize Digital tools, analytics and technology to enhance ESG data management and reporting.


Experiences & Skill & Education :

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in sustainability and ESG consulting or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in advising clients on ESG strategies, sustainability reporting ( eg: GRI, TCFD, SASB) and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong academic qualification in finance, engineering, environmental science or a related disciplines
  • Additional certification such as CFA ESG Investing, GRI Certificated Sustainability Professional are a plus
